The controller is company PROJEKT INVEST d.o.o., which processes your personal data only in accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC - General Data Protection Regulation and DIRECTIVE (EU) 2016/680 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL, as well as other regulations governing the relevant area.

By accepting this Privacy Policy, the visitor (hereinafter referred to as: User) is informed and gives his/her consent to the processing of personal data that may be collected via the website www.projektivest.hr, as well as to the processing of data coming from browsing the website and any other data that may be collected in the future. PROJEKT INVEST d.o.o. will protect the User's personal data in accordance with the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data and will not in any way transfer personal data to third parties. Consent and withdrawal of consent

With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter, through which we inform you about our current interesting offers. This means that we will contact you personally by email and inform you when, based on the data you have provided to us, we believe that information about our products, services and events, as well as those of our partner companies, is particularly relevant and interesting for you.
You can only receive our company newsletter if (1) you have a valid e-mail address and (2) you have registered to receive the newsletter.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you originally registered for the newsletter using a double opt-in procedure, in which we ask you to confirm that you want to receive the newsletter.
This confirmation e-mail serves to check whether you, as the owner of the e-mail address, have approved receiving the newsletter.
