PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF USE / INFORMATION OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)

 

Protecting your privacy and data is very important to us and we always take it into account in all business transactions.

The purpose of processing your personal data (hereinafter referred to as "data") is to provide information about the real estate we offer and the services related to them.

Personal data that visitors submit on our website are used only for the purpose for which they were submitted. If you contact us to obtain information about real estate, we process your data for this purpose. If you contact us to conclude a contract, we process your data for this purpose.

The controller is company PROJEKT INVEST d.o.o., which processes your personal data only in accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC - General Data Protection Regulation and DIRECTIVE (EU) 2016/680 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL, as well as other regulations governing the relevant area.

PROJEKT INVEST d.o.o. will protect the User's personal data in accordance with the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data and will not in any way transfer personal data to third parties. This excludes cases in which the company PROJEKT INVEST d.o.o. is obliged, upon a valid request from authorized state bodies of the Republic of Croatia, in accordance with the law, to ensure or enable access to the User's personal data.

Consent and withdrawal of consent

For certain activities, the company PROJEKT INVEST d.o.o. is obliged to ask for your consent.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. After withdrawing your consent, the processing controller of PROJEKT INVEST d.o.o. must stop further processing of the collected data and, if there is no legal basis for retaining the data, must delete it.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent given before its withdrawal.

Your data is retained only for as long as necessary to achieve a specific purpose, unless another retention period is prescribed by law.

If you would like to send us a message, you must provide the personal data listed below, which we need to process your request. In order to prevent unauthorized access by third parties to your personal data, the process is encrypted using SSL technology.

Newsletter
With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter, through which we inform you about our current interesting offers. This means that we will contact you personally by email and inform you when, based on the data you have provided to us, we believe that information about our products, services and events, as well as those of our partner companies, is particularly relevant and interesting for you.

You can only receive our company newsletter if (1) you have a valid e-mail address and (2) you have registered to receive the newsletter.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you originally registered for the newsletter using a double opt-in procedure, in which we ask you to confirm that you want to receive the newsletter.

This confirmation e-mail serves to check whether you, as the owner of the e-mail address, have approved receiving the newsletter.

The purpose of this procedure is to be able to provide proof of your registration and, if necessary, to clarify any possible misuse of your personal data.

When we receive a message from you, our web host logs and stores the date/time of the registration and the IP address from which the registration was made. We process the mandatory data required for sending the newsletter. Additional information is optional.

When registering for the newsletter, we also store the IP address assigned by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), the computer system used at the time of registration, and the date and time of registration.

The collection of this data is necessary to understand any (potential) misuse of your email address at a later date and therefore serves as legal protection for us.
